1. Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed. The usual shipping time is 1 to 2 business days, depending on the delivery method selected.
2. Payment for delivery services for all products available to order on the website will be made by SIA Correct.

This merchant agrees not to allow any transaction that is illegal, or is considered by credit card brands or the acquiring bank to be illegal, that may or has the potential to damage their goodwill or negatively influence them. The following activities are prohibited under card brand programs: the sale or offer of a product or service that is not in full compliance with all laws applicable to the Buyer, Issuing Bank, Merchant, Cardholder, or cards. In addition, the following activities are also explicitly prohibited:

The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the written request and the returned product, and is usually made within 5 working days of receipt of the product.
